7 reasons to subscribe to Etico Olive Oil

There are many reasons you might want to subscribe to Etico olive oil…  In this article we explain why we think you might want to sign up to buy Etico olive oil regularly.

We send most subscribers two bottles of Etico Olive Oil as often as you ask us to. We know that some of you will enjoy our oil more frequently than others - we don’t mind, it’s up to you to choose whatever frequency works best for you.

Here are 7 reasons why you might want to subscribe to Etico...

1. Guarantee your supply of Etico olive oil

We buy oil made from small farms, so we will never have large quantities of our high quality extra virgin olive oil. The 2025 harvest was tougher than many years - the unusually long summer heatwave made the soil drier than normal, and our olives were smaller as a result, and produced less oil than normal.

When we have sold the oil we produced this year, there won’t be any more until the next harvest. The only way for you to secure your supply of Etico olive oil is to subscribe - when we will automatically keep enough bottles to fulfil your chosen subscription frequency for the whole year.

Subscribing is the only way to secure your supply of Etico Olive Oil

2.Discounted Price

If you subscribe, you get our olive oil at a generous discount of 20% per bottle. This means that each bottle will cost you £20 - a saving of £5 per bottle from our price of £25 for one-off orders.

3.Free Shipping

The most common subscription is for two bottles per delivery. When you subscribe to get two bottles or more at a time, you get Free Shipping for every delivery. There are no hidden extras in the subscription price. Buying single bottles is less efficient overall and carries a shipping cost of £5 per delivery.

4.Easy regular supply direct to your door

When you subscribe, we’ll do the heavy lifting of organising and shipping your regular deliveries straight to your front door, without you needing to think about it.We’ll remind you when it’s coming up to your next delivery and keep you informed as it makes its way to you. That’s the easiest way you can enjoy a constant supply of Etico Olive Oil.

5.Flexible subscription to suit you

We have made our subscription really flexible. You can choose whether you get your delivery every 2, 3, or 4 months, and whether you want 2 or more bottles per delivery. Our standard delivery schedule is 2 bottles every 3 months, but you can change this easily at any time before, or after you sign up to subscribe.

You can also skip any deliveries that are not convenient for you and we make it easy for you to cancel whenever you want – you’re never locked in for a minimum period.

6. Help make a difference

Our purpose is to make a difference to our local farmers and their local community in the Subbetica region of Andalucia and thereby to ensure they can keep supplying us with excellent olive oil. We want to help them preserve their ancient trees and their traditional farming methods which produce amazing quality olive oil, but this comes at a cost.

We are committed to paying our farmers above market prices and to sharing profits as we grow.By committing to a subscription, you are helping us achieve this - making it easier for us to predict how much oil we’ll need and reducing our costs to sell the olive oil, so we can keep our prices as low as possible.

7. Build a relationship with the Etico olive oil community

We’ll send all our subscribers news and information about how the olives are progressing during the year, and you’ll hear from some of the farmers directly. We want you to feel a strong connection to the people working to produce this amazing olive oil. And if you want to come and visit, let us know and we can arrange a tour of the olive groves for you.
