Cancellation policy
This policy applies to subscriptions and describes how you can cancel or change your subscription.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the number of bottles and the frequency of delivery that you have selected.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of the repeat deliveries.
A subscription remains in place until you choose to cancel it, which you can do at any time by logging into your account on our website. You can also change the delivery frequency or other details of your subscription there at any time.
Your order confirmation emails, sent out as part of a subscription, have links to your order details on our website. You can also manage your subscription from there, where there are details of how to cancel, skip a delivery or change your subscription.
If you notify us that you want to cancel or your subscription after we have dispatched your latest order but before you have received it, you can either accept that as your final delivery, accept delivery but contact us to arrange to return it and get a refund, or refuse delivery when it arrives, in which case it will be returned to us automatically.
