Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Etico Olive Oil.  Contact us on hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk  if you have any concerns.  You can also check out our Returns and Refunds Policy below, and our general Terms of Service.


The quickest way to talk to us is by email at hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk.  Or  you can write to us and send by post to Etico Olive Oil, 18e Charles Street, Bath, BA1 1HX.


Damaged or missing items 

Please check your Etico bottles when they arrive. If the product is damaged, please email us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving them, at hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk and please send us a picture. We’ll then be in touch to discuss organising either a replacement or a refund.


If your order is obviously damaged when the courier is attempting delivery, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please do also contact us at hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk and we’ll be back in touch to discuss organising either a replacement order or a full refund.
If you’re missing a delivery, email us at hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk and we’ll do what we can to get that sorted as soon as possible.  And should we not be able to sort that, we’ll be back in touch to discuss replacing your order or offering a full refund.   

Returns of unopened bottles

If for any other reason you’re not happy with your purchase from us, you can return any unopened and undamaged bottles within 30 days of receiving them.  
Please email us at hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk, and we’ll contact you to discuss how and where to return the package.  
If you bought your oil from us at an event rather than online, please email us at hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk, and also send us a copy of your proof of purchase.  We’ll then be in touch to discuss how and where to return your oil. 
Because of the way our systems work, we’re sorry but we can’t accept any items returned without you first contacting us to request a return.


Refunds

Once a refund is approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.  If you’re still waiting more than 15 business days after we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: hola@eticooliveoil.co.uk.
