Shipping policy

We offer a standard service to mainland England, Wales and Scotland, using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.
You will receive an email shipping notification from us first, and then a separate email notification from Royal Mail about delivery.

Shipping Costs

Each delivery of product ordered carries a £5 additional shipping cost to cover packaging and posting.
Any delivery of product costing £40 or more will qualify for free shipping. If your order total is £40 or more, but involves different delivery addresses, then our shipping cost of £5 per delivery will still apply except for any deliveries of £40 or more of product.

For one-off purchases

Orders made before 3pm on a business day will normally be dispatched that day.  Orders made after 3pm will normally be dispatched on the following business day.
For subscription purchases

We will notify you by email shortly before your latest subscription delivery is about to be shipped and then you will receive our standard shipping notification email and a notification about delivery from Royal Mail.  

General

If for any reason we’re not able to dispatch your order as described above, we will contact you using the email contact details you have provided.
